However, what distinguishes her from the competition are her cakes and icings, which she makes from scratch.
Carmela's greatest joy comes from her customers, many of whom have expressed that cakes or desserts from Beverly's Best made their party or wedding the best event ever. While Carmela is remarkably humble and feels deep gratitude for her many blessings, it is her combination of caring, hard work, attention to detail, and exceptional merchandising expertise that have made her bakery a place to visit and remember.
