More than 20 years ago, our family felt it was necessary to create a vegetarian restaurant that would provide healthy, flavorful, food for those who desire a vegetarian or vegan meal. From this desire came Soul Vegetarian East, our vegetarian restaurant in Chicago, IL serving the local community, as well as visitors from all walks of life since 1982.We find it interesting to point out that “you do not need to be Chinese to eat Chinese food, therefore you also do not need to be vegan or vegetarian to eat at our vegetarian restaurant.” Founded by Prince Asiel and a small group of dedicated vegans, Soul Veg has welcomed all types of dieters to our family friendly vegetarian restaurant to enjoy delightful cuisine such as barbeque tidbits |
