A native of Michigan, Dr. Nettleman completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and went on to complete his Master’s from the same institution. He also completed two years in the United States Air Force, and received his continuing education at the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education. A member of numerous orthodontics groups including the SCCDA, the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontics, the PCSO and the Damon Study Club, he remains very active in the orthodontic community and is currently serving as chairman of his peer review organization.
