We have over 12 years of experience in martial arts and our Poway location has been assisting customers since 2007. Our martial arts studio is utilized for training, karate classes, and so much more.We offer classes for both children and adults at our martial arts studio. Our children’s classes are structured by age groups, 3-4 years old, 4-6 years old, and 7-12 years old. Some of our most popular classes are Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Submission Grappling, and Kali.
