We are only minutes away from Cook Inlet where the halibut are abundant and even closer to world renown salmon fishing streams and rivers. The Anchor River, Ninilchik River, and Deep Creek are just a few miles away.About an hour drive north runs the famous Kenai River where the worlds largest king salmon are caught.Homer, Alaska - Halibut Capitol of the world, is just twenty-five minutes to the south. Halibut season starts late April to early May and runs through AugustIf its clam digging you like, there are great opportunities on the nearby beaches.Deep Creek, just up the road, and Clam Gulch, about twenty-five minutes north are some of the best anywhere. There are closer beaches you can dig as well.We have a wonderful rustic log cabin style lodge. The lodge has 2 fully furnished bedrooms.
