Residential Maintenance Program The RMP consists of 2 preventative treatments per year, one in Spring, and one in Fall. Emergency visits throughout the year are included free of charge. In the initial visit, we will inspect your home and treat any existing problems which are covered under the RMP*, as well as apply preventative treatments to susceptible areas. In the fall we will inspect your home, perform a preventative treatment for rodents andapply a protective barrier to the exterior. This will prevent a re-infestation of ants and other over wintering insects.
