Microscope X/Y Positioner
Designed for using the Olympus 99 model microscope with large or multi-die probe arrays, this microscope positioner allows extended X and Y axis travel, permitting the operator to scan long horizontal and vertical axes for probe-to-pad alignment viewing.
Prober Table Conversions
For EG probers which require a different table height to suit new or changes probe/sort application, we provide overhead sort configuration (low-boy) tables, standard height (high-boy) tables, or anything in between. |
