Phase I includes the pool side condos F, G, H, and I including a spectacular pool and landscaping. This Phase is right now under construction. The turn key for this Phase is November 2007.
Phase II will consist of the ocean front apartment buildings A,B,C and Oceanview apartment buildings D and E adding a second pool and a beach club. Turn key for this Phase will be November 2008.
Phase III finally will complete the project with town homes, more condos and a comercial building hosting shops, a spa and healthcare facilities. Turn key for this Phase will November 2009.
Infiniti Blu offers highest security standards with a 24/7 security service. The back up generator supplies the project reliably with electricity. The administration office at the main gate provides you with a variety of services: Laundry service in our own laundry facility, baby sitting, car rental, sight seeing tours - name it, we will arrange it for you! |
