The T- Bird - is designed for commercial/industrial and consumer usage. It is rugged and will do a 30 to 35 lb sack at a time and within 8 to 10 minutes usually. The electric motor is sturdy and dependable - life expectancy for this roaster is 5 to 10 years when it's protected from the weather. This rugged unit is designed primarily for grocery stores with long lines of anticipating chile consumers, restaurants and for many, many other environments. |
