We are not simply another appraiser directory asking you to pay to list on our site and offering you no benefits for doing so. We are not an appraisal management company trying to build out our network of real estate appraisers. No what we are is a the first referral network in which appraisers can work together to share referrals from their clients. Appraisers said they were upset by the fees being offered today by Appraisal Management Companies. Low fee splits, unrealistic expectations, slow or lack of payment, and in some cases pressure to meet certain values were all reasons cited by appraisers to look upon AMC's with displeasure. Won't happen at the Appraiser Cooperative!

Appraisers said they weren't sure how to market their businesses and be competitive. Some did not understand the power of the internet and how they could create a strong presence for their business online.
